1986 clutch issue

I recently purchased a 86 z51 coupe. The clutch pedal is stuck to the floor and I mean its so stuck I can't even pull it up by hand. I have plenty of mechanical experience just limited clutch...

Just added a buy it now option. The piece mounts to the drop hangers for the Spare tire door assembly towards the rear end and there are rectangle slots behind bumper that supplied mounting plates...
