Tom Christman has a list of at least 26 1963 Factory air convertibles . Most are actually 4 speed. From owning few air cars and looking who owned them , women or husbends who bought the air car...

If your car was built in end of 1962 then it is not an original Air car. Early air cars were built in April of 1963.

For the record 278 factory air cars were made , 52 out of the 278 were convertibles.

I doubt you can find aftermarket parts for " factory air car" form any company .You can find hoses and other small...

63 corvettes with factory air

In 1963 the only way you can order a corvette with factory air is if you had the 250 HP or 300 HP motor.

NO air conditioning option was offered on a 340 HP or 360 HP motors.
