when you installed your vats delete chip, does your OBD say vats is disabled? it would be under 1.3 01 , 0 is disabled 01 is enabled

cranks no start. the vats delete chip is supposed to turn off vats in the ecm, but it didnt, it still shows it is enabled still , the guy i talked to said to send it back for testing
