I NEVER drive with the tops on or even in the car, and I've only been caught twice. You just have to pick a path away from the storm and go faster than it is. Sometimes it does take me awhile to get...

Hmmm...sounds like a mixed bag on long distance deals. It's not so much that I'm in a hurry (considering I got my first ride in, and longing for, a '69 vert in 1970) I just don't like being lied to....

You're fortunate - our local shelter is so overwhelmed with strays, they charge a large fee for dropping off animals. So if one is overrun by feral cats, it costs a fortune to remedy the "right" way....
