After waiting to get a replacement switch for auxiliary fan on my 81, finally changed it. Pain in the butt to do with stock manifolds but got it done, unfortunately the fan still comes on at start up...

Found it, loose wire on sending unit. When we replaced distributor the shroud must have bumped it and came off after driving some. Lesson #250 for me! Lol. thanks guys as always for the help
