What's the difference between a fully loaded ZR1 and a Z06 (same year, also fully loaded), beside the engine and price?

If the cars were identical except for the engines, one might be better off...

My 2009 Z with 5.5k mi. puts out ~700 rwhp and has been on dyno for about a dozen runs. No clutch slippage noted.
