Tilton bearing failure

The Tilton bearing has a rubber seal that failed with heat and the ball bearings came out and scattered throughout the clutch and shot through the bell housing. Clearance may have been the issue...

Release bearing failure

Never noted any slippage and seemed to work fine until the release bearing melted and failed. I wonder if the heat from the long tubes contributed to the failure.
