My battery goes down quickly if I don't keep trickle charger connected. When I connect the charger I get a clicking sound below the right headlight area until the voltage gets up to about ten volts....

Don't be. Baseline numbers are meaningless. The only thing dynos are good for is measuring gains and comparing motors. Ten different dynos will give ten different (often vastly different) readings.

They're too busy trying to stay in their lane while blinded to bother with flashing. Happens to me all the time when I'm faced with HID's in stock headlight housings!

Not the same, and NONE of the bushings in the Dorman kit are even close. I'm getting the oversized pin kit that of the Vendors makes to deal with the problem.
