I guess i have been told more times than not, that with this many miles, they would not do a flush, but would just drop the pan and change the filter.
Do you agree with that?

After about 10-15 miles, it shifts on out, and @ around 60mph, the rpm's drop from 1600 down to 1300....

I have had that prob in the past, where the ps was cold but the ds was hot and removed the 18 & 24 fuses and fixed it, but this time is different.
There really is not enough...
