Steering wheel crooked after reinstall

I had been driving with an upgraded steering wheel on my C6Z for about a year with no problems. Since I'm selling the car, I went to put the stock steering wheel back on. I did that with no problems....

I've done extensive research on this Katech torquer setup, and have it on my car. It will almost always produce around 510-525rwhp, with stock exhaust, stock headers, stock intake.
