I just did my plugs and wires and bought MSD wires and NGK TR-55's from CC Performance for around $70. Best deal in town. The wires are great and the plugs won't let you down. BTW there shouldn't be...

I just finished changing my wires and plugs on my 98. My recomendation to you is to get some new MSD wires and NGK TR-55's from CC Performance (spend the $70) and just pull off those old GM wires....

Thanks again for the advice. I sure could use so heads up on changing the plugs and wires. I have read that most plugs are pretty easy to get to but there is one that can be a real problem....

If I can not find another reason for the missing, I'll replace all wires and the plugs. They are the orginals and have about 50K miles on them.

I have about 50K miles on the car. The plugs and wires are orginal, I have no codes relating to the engine or any sensor code that would cause a miss. The car only misses during light acceleration...
