Came off a 99 C5, but has been sitting in a box in my garage for over 2 years. Time to move it.

Comes with everything behind the x-pipe.

Has about 20k miles and the associated wear and tear but...

Wow, that's terrible. I have had these guys tint 4 cars for me in the last few years -- no problems and very happy with the results.

I can't seem to find this combination of events in any of the electrical threads so I'll throw it out here.

Car is a 99 Coupe, MN6. Battery is 2 months old and FOB is about 4 months old.
