There are upgrades to better synchronizers for shifting at higher rpm's. Check with whatever company you go with. I know AP has this upgrade and I'm sure others do also.

I don't see someone taking the original wheels and tires off a 13,000 mile car unless he has those. My opinion which isn't worth much is 113,000. Did they present it as a 13,000 mile car?
