I DIYed aprox 1" flare on the back to hug my 10" rims/ 275 tires, very happy with the result. I actually put the tires on and determined the flare width from the tire.

Correct, biggest job was to create a flat mating surface for the glass. OTOH having a piece of glass cut to shape and tempered is surprisingly inexpensive.

Alas no, like most of the car mods, those were one of. That being said I don't think it would be hard to replicate them, search Ebay for "LED COB Angel ring" and you'll find them....
