Futz around with all kinds of wiring diagnostics, checking motor, switches, tracing wires, ohm meters, voltage testing, yada yada. Turns out the flippn connector that goes into the firewall relay...

I should have started at the horns first. #1 bubba (previous owner) who messed w/the wiring didn't have a solid connection on the horn...thus the wire came off and was resting on the frame...ouch. ...
