Both ideas are great, but I don't want to do anything that is permanent. There isn't any room to move the seat track back, and the further you reclined the back the further forward the seat bottom...

I am very surprised that you all missed the most obvious method. Just flip the car, remove the drain plug, and pour it in there! This make the filter much easier to change too!
