Slave / throw out bearing questions

I bought a new clutch (luk)
the throw out bearing isn't on it, the parts in the box must have hit it during shipping and knocked off the actual bearing and bent the metal under where is should be...

you don't "have" to remove all the stuff under the dash. I used a bunch of extensions and a deep 15mm socket...
