Air Conditioner

Is it possible that you are low on freon? If system is low, AC shuts itself off to prevent damage. Just something else to check. Joe :chevy :chevy :chevy

Just a thought, we once had an Oldsmobile that wouldn't lock up the converter until a certain engine operating temperature had been reached. If you have a low temp thermostat you might check that....

I think the darting back and forth on uneven pavement is just part of owning a car with very wide tires. My 85 was really hard to get used to when I first bought it. Mine is especially bad on roads...

It doesn't appear to me that you can grease any of the wheel bearings on a C4. If it needs a new wheel bearing, Delcos work just fine, but they are also the most expensive. I bought mine at Advance...
