Unless you bought that car used and it had an aftermarket cam, there's a -10% chance that those numbers are real. And, quite frankly, I wouldn't trust that shop if they BS numbers that much.

Newer run-flats are significantly better than the originals from 2008. However, a non-runflat is vastly superior. And insurance can cover the damaged wheel if you decide to go that route.
