I removed all the fuses (3) and cleaned them with...

I removed all the fuses (3) and cleaned them with 2000 grit sandpaper.... and reinstalled them.... I also cycled the dimmer switch several times... I also got a NEW battery..... MY HEADLIGHTS NOW...
