I honestly can't say. I don't think it is BUT again I don't know. If you see the picture I have attached, it isnt like the are a super aggresive offset by any means....

I personally wouldn't go any wider on the front or rear. They are as stuffed as I want to go. I did lower the back on stock bolts. I didnt cut any of the ribs of either. The front is stock height....

And to be honest that is why I said i take tire reviews with a grain of salt. Like you said that they dont hook until they have heat in them which is most tires but you never know if people didnt let...
