I usually get 29 - 30 mpg in the 72 - 74 mph range on the freeway in my 07. The mpg goes down under 70 and goes down when the speed exceeds 80. Much better mpg then our Honda CRV

Wasn't sure if the 2007 I was buying had the Z51, but after reading this thread, I looked at the plate in the glove box, and there it was. I don't think the GMC dealer had a clue
