Pull the spring AWAY from the arm (up in your pic). Then rotate the assembly counterclockwise until the hole is higher than that pin and pull it straight off.

A shot of WD40 will help and is easy...

The DAP will stay a little flexible and that's a good thing. The hood skin does not have to be bonded tightly to the bracing.

L.I.C. does have the fasteners individually, however they list the 63-67...
