Did you reused the old engine and transmission mounts? sound like you had a broken engine mount. It happend with my truck when the water pump 's bearing bad too.

Add to that the wheel is choking by some piece of concrete, so if there is any movement at all and that it. I experienced with bullet flew over my head, but that picture giving me goose bumps.
