Rear fender repair

Have a '60 with a rear passenger side fender that bulges out at the top of the wheel opening.
Looks like it might have been hit in the rear bumper area and tweaked the body a bit.

Got the switch to work. Starts and shuts off correctly.
Without this forum I'm dead in the water.
Thanks for the help, really appreciate it.
Now on to the wiper motor.
