I know it's not normal, everyone on here knows it's not normal (it seems) and anyone that knows anything about a manual transmission knows that the symptoms are exactly what the throw out bearing...

I've learned to take it slow and at an angle. Luckily I don't have a large entry curb on my driveway like some neighborhoods do. Most driveways are still manageable if you can go in at a good angle.
