Steeroids ujoint stuck on?

Any suggestions to remove a stuck ujoint on the steeroids steering shaft? Ive sprayed it down with PB Blaster and no luck. Looks rusted. Ideas?

These two plastic pieces go to the front end bumper/spoiler set up. I dont remember exactly where. I can not find anything in the assembly manual either.
