The needle is pegged all the way the right, way passed the 240 mark. It wont movie. Could it be the gauge resistor that is shot?

Ignore my previous silly response... found the green wire and it's well connected to the sensor on the manifold.
Tried disconnecting/reconnecting, grounded the wire with key ON, needle did not move...
