As I recall, the 94’s with the Z07 option had 9.5...

As I recall, the 94’s with the Z07 option had 9.5 wheels with 275s on all corners. I bought a couple of 9.5 sawblades for the next time I get tires, will go to all 275s.

Have your measured the fuel pressure at the rail?
Have you tried the paper clip method of obtaining any codes/DTCs?

You do not need a scanner to pull the codes.You just need a paper clip.
Please look at the FSM book 2,starting at page 6E-6.
