The 91 with 84 k is 13895, I think a bit high but still browsing. It is a convertable in good condition with a 6 speed.

Well my 95 drove good fast off the line because it had the optional lower rear end.
It was an auto.
With the targa top off it seams the car flexed a bit and I read the vert is more stable.

If less than 125K I would say you are probley ok if you pull the heads have them resurfaced and new head gaskets.If you do the work you wont be out much.
