Good video, convinces me more to just put my car "under the knife" and do the valves and guides and maybe some other mods :). Better than risking a dropped valve which could be very costly compared...

Good info, looks like I should start shopping around. I asked them about a port and polish on the heads and they said the stock heads have very good flow so it wouldn't be worth the extra cash....

Boosted LS7 guys, need some input.

I've had the itch for more power for quite some time now in my 06' Z06. I got a quote from a speed shop for a cam, upgraded valve train and a bunch of bolt ons. They figure 530-540whp for about $10K....
