Personally, I would go with the 90/90 and have it ported by somebody reputable. The porting work will bump up the low end losses typically seen by these intakes on - and may be worth a few on the top...

I've been through 4 exhausts over the years and the best aftermarket for my taste is GHL. Great, deep sound but with 99% of the resonance gone- still a tiny bit of drone but its not really noticable...

oh, and timing chain, oil pump, gaskets, belts, injectors, underdrive pulley, head bolts and fluids will run you several hundreds- when you budget, make sure you account for everything and the tune...
