The best thing is some type of "Thicker" insulation and acoustical mat on the entire interior. Won't help much with vibration just noise. Not sure what you have for exhaust but mine is quitter now...

Is this a 4l60 ? Is it missing the rubber grommet/bushing/gasket on the end of the tube ? if it has the bushing and is truly a cracked tube I would think you could braze or weld it possibly.

LOL, Mine would stay on after I turned the car off and shut the door. One day it just started turning off when it should. Now may antenna will work for about 3-4 weeks when the radio comes on then...

Larger TB and injectors will probably hurt performance unless your motor can use the extra air/fuel. To answer your question you would have someone burn you a new chip off the list of mods you have...

Did you follow the FSM for bleeding. The ABS/ traction control system requires a special bleeding procedure and there is a bleeder valve on the pump i.e. in compartment behind drivers seat.
