I suspect you'll be <10psi. I ran a 3.8" with a OD crank and restrictor plate to hit 11psi on a P1SC-1 (ECS intercooler + flip drive). Single nozzle Alky Control and ECS small blower cam = 650/580.

The dyno suggests something more finite and sudden than valve float, IMO. Was the drop repeatable for multiple pulls? I'd be reviewing logs, paying close attention to commanded timing.

Note: the replacement gasket comes with new fasteners which have blue loctite on them. It's probably a good idea, if you're reusing the fasteners, to throw some on. Star pattern, brush teeth twice...
