Safe to run 275 Nitto RIIs on factory 8.5"s?

I have a set (4) of factory front 17" wheels. (97-99)
Is it safe to run Nitto RII 275/40/17 tires on them?
Just trying to see if I need a new set of wheels.... :(

Just like the topic says... how many o2 sensors on a 94?
F-bodies only have 2 (until 96), but someone told me OBD1 Corvettes have 4... Can anyone please explain?

I have a set of 245/50/16s on aluminum Camaro rims. (93-96 style)
The tires are in good condition with good tread. Let me know if you're interested. The bolt pattern is the same.

I'm not really sure if the spray pattern is improved, although I would guess so, but if you have quite a bit of miles on your car, these would be a really nice update. Especially since they're brand...

In flow, yes, but they're a newer design and look slightly different.

Came out of a wheel/tire I bought recently. (I have a Z28 and don't need the sensors) The tire had about 10K miles on it.

They will support up to 500 flywheel HP or a little more. Stock 99-00 injectors are rated at 26.4. 97-98 are also 28.8. 01-04 C5s have 28.8s.

Shortblock means exactly what I mentioned in the first post. If it had heads and/or intake, it was called a long block. No heads, no intake and no shipping.

I'd like to get $200 for it with everything listed in the first post.

The engine was taken out about 1.5 months ago and the heads were pulled off like 2 weeks ago, so there's no rust anywhere...
