Agreed, I will see if I can chat with EM about these. If they use a standard Bilstein shock I am fine with that. I expected to toss the supplied springs. Coil overs front only should work ok...

I would clean every thing up and MIG the plates directly to the frame. While your in there you could fill the bolt holes in the flanges with plug weld.
