temp sensor is an $8 part and a 2 minute fix... could try that. Exactly what was happening to me, changing that out smoothed the idle considerably.

It takes like 1 minute, and solves 95%+ of the keyfob issues.
If it's BOTH keys, very unlikely both of them are broken.
