Sorry for the regurgitation of this topic, but what approach would you take with a GM dealership that overfilled your 08 vette, w/9300 miles, during a motor oil during change? Overfilled about 5 1/2...

There are plenty of vette's for sale out there with the same specs and price that were single owner and lower mileage and loved. No comparison to rentals. Just say no IMHO.

My 08 runs approx 40 at cold idle and 25 at hot...

My 08 runs approx 40 at cold idle and 25 at hot idle. Upper rpm runs around 40-45. LS3 is not a high oil press motor, but nothing to worry about.

You'll probably start seeing a MPG reduction before you feel a power reduction. By the time you feel a power reduction you went way too far with your plugs.
