I saw a video recently of a C3 build that seemed like a lot of c6 with an early c3 body/interior.

What I wanted / and I think most buyers as well / was a direct replacement. This hood is no where near that. It's a relatively cheap piece but I would have paid double or three times times the price...

You could just go with the price of the hood and go, but that would be no paint, no trim, no fitment, poor gaps at the body panels, no hood support, and no alignment pins.

Yeah, the title is a bit misleading... this is not a ZR1 conversion, just a wide body conversion. Though the LT5 is my favorite of any engine that came in a Corvette I won't be swapping out for it.

I've not driven it much this summer, it has spent a LOT of time in shops. Currently the alarm/keyless are getting rewired. Then it's off for an alignment and then back to the body shop for touch up...
