I don't have a lot of miles on them, but have you looked into Hardbar bolts? They are made of delrin. Although countless people have done it, when I cut one rib off my stock bolts, it exposed metal.

To answer the op's question, the holes are not in the same place. Besides that, the two spoilers have different footprints. There would be scuffed up paint exposed when you switch.

It's pretty common to have some noise upon startup after sitting for a little bit. Not sure if it's lifter noise or something else, but it's been mentioned a lot. I wouldn't be too worried about it.
