Just My 2 cents, but since that block is already .070 overbore. Just sell that Motor complete, buy or build a nice LS-6 454, pump gas and drive the car end of story.

The car is wired like an 80, which it is. No third wire for the lite. The transducer on the car is a 3 wire from an 81-82. so someone tried a repair with the incorrect part it seems.
