Solid wheel companies like these are making the legacy wheel makers prices hard to justify. I paid more than that for a set of HRE 547's back in 2002 for my then new C5 Z06.

Admittedly, it's been a long time since I've personally used a tire machine, but runflats are notorious for putting extra strain on wheels during dismount when trying to get the bead over the lip....

It appears to me that the lip on the wheel was stressed during the mounting process , causing the damage. JMO with over forty years in the tire business working with Michelin and Continental.

Who are you getting your warranty through that covers while on track? After my OEM warranty expired on my Z06 I couldn't find anyone that didn't have an exclusion for track use.
