Check Engine Light

While driving today (1982 Vette), the check engine light came on. No noticeable change in engine performance. Car ran fine.

After a ten minutes of driving, the light went off.

All is fine now... I took steering wheel assembly...

All is fine now... I took steering wheel assembly apart, lined and tightened things up .... re-assembled things and it was good to go.. :thumbs:

Can someone tell me how I can tighten up my steering wheel...?

How do I remove the steering wheel? this is on a 1982 vette.

There is a bit of a wiggle... feels loose.

thanks.... I did remove the switch... however, it was simply a pinched wire... re-organized the wires a bit and I am back in business.. seat works great!!

yeah... pretty cool player, motorized faceplate...

yeah... pretty cool player, motorized faceplate that opens up to single CD player. has remote control for it as well. Even works well with electric antenna.... :)

Car runs great and smooth thru all the gears... just that 'u-joint' issue and a paint job and I think she is...
