I had an OH #%&! moment in my 13 427 vert. on a 1-2 shift,clutch went to the floor and stayed there.master cylinder came apart retainer popped of the piston.

I did build the m22 using an after market case...

I did build the m22 using an after market case that I purchased from the Gear Box co. a real nice piece extra thick and a much larger input shaft bearing .

Im sure the m22 will take it. ive had one behind a zz502 in my 67 chevelle for some time only went to a t56 magnum for the highway speeds .tires and rearend i believe will be the weak point '

my non matching engine is coming out of my c3 lt1 soon and installing a 2008 ls7 into it .keeping the m22 behind it. anyone done this swap.how did you like the outcome ?

oh and special thanks to Curt D . went back to chevy dealer and showed them the code number you gave me for the recall and they are going to refund me the cost of the repair . gm that is.
