DIC help!!

So I think my car is trying to tell me something!!! I have been fighting the DIC buttons not working and not being able to access the DIC properly. I replaced the DIC button cluster with no effect...

Curious... This chip that has burned out, does it cause the DIC to malfunction or just make the buttons inoperable? Mine seems to be working correctly?
If I over fill a tire with air it will flash...
