I need to verify but am told the block casting date is H225

if that is correct.. wouldn’t it be a Flint block based on the one digit year casting

This trailer was built to carry a wooden launch...

This trailer was built to carry a wooden launch back in the 50’s and 60’s. It has a welded on hand crank and a hub for a spare tire. Also a long bar that pushed up rollers for the boat to roll on....

The Jerry Earl SR2 started out as a St.Louis Plant produced 1956 production Corvette VIN # E56S002532

But on the Jerry Earl title the VIN is E56F002532

any explanation for this change?

1954 automatic transmission gurgle and purge

I seem to remember Roy Braatz explaining the reason for early automatic transmissions gurgling up and leaking after sitting.

Does anyone recall the reason and repair?
