HID Back up on 2012 Grand Sport

I'm installing the HID backup on my 2012 Grand Sport, but a little puzzled on how the lamp fits into the rubber grommet. I must of missed something? Any advice from those that have done this mod.?

Yes, they are from APSISUSA.COM. Ask for Jersey. They're easy to install. Be sure to order with the gasket, otherwise it's been said they rub on the paint.
