I'VE HEARD IT HAS TO DO WITH THE CAR NOT BEING ABLE TO READ THE LITTLE CHIP IN THE KEY .
IT HAPPEND TO ME A COUPLE OF TIMES.
CLEANED THE KEY , AND ITS NEVER HAPPEND AGAIN.

i've never had a hard time getting it in reverse.
have you checked the reverse lockout solenoid ?

ANY AUTOMOTIVE PAINT SUPPLY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP.
I'VE MIXED THE COLOR MANY TIMES USING PPG.
AND HAD VERY GOOD LUCK WITH A BASECOAT CLEARCOAT PROCESS.

PPG CODE "DBC 5593" GOOD LUCK :D
