The numbers posted by 65hihp are the exact same numbers found in the NCRS Corvette Spec Guide.
I believe they are as accurate as possible.

The VIN derivative starts with a 6 should be a 5 for '65
It was stamped on Oct 10th, makes sense for such a low serial number.
