Thanks to Rick T from jjgold for all the helpful info on how to troubleshoot the NPP exhaust system to find a m2w controller problem. I will be busy for a few days checking it out.

If you have the NPP exhaust, it could be the solenoids which switch the exhaust opening at 3500 rpms.

I don't know where the steering wheel sensor is in relation to the paddle shifters, but I do know that dielectric grease is a NON-CONDUCTOR and that could possibly be related.
